Crate ahri_tre_tabular 

Arrow and Parquet boundary helpers for AHRI_TRE workflows.

This crate treats Arrow RecordBatch values as the canonical in-memory table representation, Parquet as the persisted dataset format, and Arrow IPC as the binary transport format.
