Trusted disclosure workflow and evidence coordination. SQL and ledger mechanics remain with metadata and Lake adapters, respectively.

A readback target resolves before admission. The resulting SessionDisclosure retains the authorized records and is the only content-returning interface.

SessionDisclosure

Owns both immutable inputs and executor exclusion for its entire lifetime. The mutable Session borrow prevents content outliving its admitted Session.

reconcile_abandoned_disclosures

Reconcile only receipts whose executor has stopped. The persistent coordinator lock prevents a replacement process taking over a live worker.

reconcile_governance_evidence

Operator recovery over already resolved metadata and Lake capabilities. This does not recreate Sessions, replay content, or pause other admissions.
